Again, I’m really sorry to be away for so long.

Better late than never, I suppose.

I had this comic in mind for quite some time but it took a lot to finally get some time cleared away to properly execute it.

Yes, there is a plot of sorts in the background and it is coming into focus? Gasp!

No, don’t worry. I’m sticking to my usual sorry standards of random, non-sequitur scatological violence.

A big shout out to my friend Dave (who is not of the angry variety, more of the detail oriented camp) for catching not one but TWO typos. Serves me right for busting out of the gate in eager, unstrung… ignorance.

In any event, here’s a sneak peek of one of the things I needed to take care of for her.

This is not meant to be a slight against religion necessarily- just those who feel that evangelism is a 24-7 job.

What scares me are the number of comics that I draw which are not meant to be funny, and have happened to some degree in reality. This is yet another one of them.

Angry Dave makes his return.

One thing I originally wanted to convey but failed miserably at in the first drafts was Angry Dave’s frailty. Despite being out of his casts, he still did not feel too confident in his newly healed yet still brittle bones to go charging into crack houses smashing the whole wide world of shit out of otherwise defenseless people…

Then I said ‘fuck it!’ and just let myself follow wherever the pen wandered.

If you’ve spent enough time on a farm, you’ve probably been bitten and stung by everything imaginable in the wild… horseflies, wasps, hornets, beetles, and green snakes… But if you’re a migratory city slicker like these fellas… well, you simply don’t know any better.

Okay, I think I have some ’splaining to do about this strip. I did not make it necessarily to be funny, but it’s showed up as a situation in my dreams several times now.

This is my attempt to decipher what the hell went on in my warped subconscious, wrapped in a comic and mild social commentary. The ‘WTF’ look on my wife’s face after she saw this one was priceless. The ‘OHH I GET IT NOW’ look and agreeable rant bordering on an Objectivist clinic had me a bit scared, and on her end was probably in priceless territory as well. I don’t really have a freaking clue what any of that meant, so y’all could just ignore it. If anything, if even one person reads this and is like… “whoooaaaaa”… and then suddenly is inspired to take a stab at the Grand Unification Theory, then sweet. I’ve done my job. Whatever that might be.

Otherwise this page is here to provide sidebar-level proof that I am clinically insane should the need/opportunity present itself.
